Clinical Health Summer Program

If you have already submitted the Clinical Health Summer Program preliminary application online, we encourage you to download your copy of the entire CHSP Program application now. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to download the application.

The application deadline for the 2007 CHSP Program is February 15, 2007.
